Τhe Road Safety department of the Municipality of Rhodes with the support of DOPAR and in collaboration with
*the Institute of Sustainable Mobility and Transport Networks of the National Center for Research and Technological Development (I.MET./EKETA),
*the Institute of Sustainability and Safety (Zitima Zois), the Society for the Support of Victims of Traffic Accidents of Rhodes (EFHYTA of Rhodes), and
*the Association of Drivers and Traffic Education of the Dodecanese (member of POEO)

organized four days of informative events on the theme: “Safe & Sustainable Transportation for All“.

The event took place between 16-19/9 and among above mentioned exhibitors major car dealers representatives participated with the latest e-cars available for test-drive actions.
Thousands of local people and tourists of our island visited the event as well as students of local high schools had the opportunity to learn more on this quite exciting topic by the use of simulators and other technologically advanced gadgets. .

Apart from our organization, other major sponsors of the event were the worldwide known resort of Rodos Palace, Blue Star Ferries, Lychnari radio and social media organization of Rhodes.com.gr
